By making payment, you the customer, have accepted our terms and conditions of this agreement between Gas On Sea Limited and you the customer.

Payment is required in full prior to any commencement of the order, no credit or finance options shall be provided by Gas On Sea Limited.

Gas On Sea Limited have a no refund policy, upon payment, gas on sea limited will immediately start the printing procedures to set up your new portfolio and dates will be assigned to build your portfolio.

Gas On Sea Limited are by right the author of the works and hold the copyright of the works and identified as the author of this work has been asserted in accordance with the copyright, designs and patents act 1988.

All rights reserved, no part of the publications may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical photocopying, recording or otherwise, except as permitted by the UK copyright, designs and patents act 1988. Without the prior permission of the author and publisher.

Upon receiving your unique code to start the process you will be asked to sign a non disclosure agreement, this relates to copyright and that no one will share the questionnaire with anyone who seeks to complete their portfolio or use of a guide.

Use of the web base questionnaire will be solely the responsibility of the user to ensure the following points:

1. They shall ensure that all data has been input and submitted whilst on the job they are completing with their mentor
2. They submit data only that is true and to the best of their knowledge.
3. They have checked with the homeowner/occupier who have agreed to allow photos to be taken whilst at the premises.
4. They are taking photos of their work using the examples as a guide only.
5. They check the quality of photos prior to uploading and submitting.
6. The photos uploaded and submitted are solely of their work.
7. They will upload photos where prompted within the questionnaire, any photos sent via any other method will not be accepted.
8. They will use their own device to complete the online questionnaire.

Gas On Sea Limited are not liable for any delays to your portfolio with regards to software technical issues or server downtime. Occasionally maintenance is required to the software and servers. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Gas on sea are not obliged to provide handheld devices for you to complete the questionnaire.

Gas on sea limited are not obliged to provide you with a gas engineer mentor unless agreed dates have been assigned to you. This is your responsibility.

Gas on sea limited are not obliged to provide you with a continuous work placement nor a continuous flow of jobs in order to complete your portfolio of work.

If you are attending Gas On Sea Limited mentoring services the times and dates of jobs will be agreed before hand or upon arrival to our works. Due to the quick changes that can occur everyday in a typical plumbing and heating business, occasionally there may be some gaps in between your jobs, early days or even a waiting list until the next suitable job becomes available.

Your portfolio will be built by us as you submit the data via the questionnaire, no portfolio will be issued to you until it has been completed in full by us.

All data submitted by you will be checked by our gas engineers to ensure that all data is correct. Any anomalies will be questioned. Continuous corrections from either Gas On Sea Limited to the customer or vice versa are chargeable after the allowance.

Gas On Sea Limited may occasionally point out reoccurring mistakes made by users within our forum to encourage others to spot any defects they also might make. All mistakes will be anonymous.

Gas On Sea Limited are not liable for any damage to your portfolio whilst in transit of delivery, collections are available upon by an agreed appointment.

Gas On Sea Limited will keep an electronic copy of your portfolio until the time you have passed your ACS and then all data and photos will be destroyed and deleted.

Gas On Sea Limited are not obliged to provide any copies of your portfolio. Copies may be requested at an extra cost, however this will be at the discretion of Gas On Sea Limited

Gas On Sea Limited or your provided gas safe registered mentor are not liable for the passing of your portfolio by your accredited assessor.

Gas On Sea Limited will issue your portfolio by recorded delivery upon its completion to the address you have provided.

Gas On Sea Limited will endeavour to issue your portfolio as quickly as possible. From the last job you have submitted using our questionnaire to the final print and issue could take up to 4 weeks. Longer delays will be announced on our forum. No fast track delivery option is available.

You will have access to our forum via the discord app for additional support. This forum has its own rules that must be complied with.
